Jacob,
Picture taken by Ashley Foster just before 9am Thursday 15th October 2015. RIP little one, you touched our hearts and brought a town together,
God Bless you xxx

From Stephen Picton So that everything can run smoothly on Wednesday and we have no confusion I'll go over once again in stages what's happening.
Once you've read this could you possibly share where needed so that each person attending is aware. The funeral is at St Josephs church at the bottom of Hutton Ave on the corner of St Pauls road.
The service will start at 1pm....
Family and friends have been requested to wear black and white with a hint of yellow where possible.
Please ensure all family are in the church and no family member is stood outside. We are not sure about the time of service but suggest it could be approx 40 minutes.
As the family leave the church Norma Dunn will release two white doves for Jacob. The horse drawn carriage and funeral cars will enter Victoria Road and travel down to the lights to go right onto York Rd.
Please do not stand on Victoria Road.
We are trying to keep everyone in one road. PLEASE PLEASE and i do stress this.
DO NOT release balloons until after the horses have passed you by.
Balloons flying towards the horses could spook them.
The funeral director has said if people want to gentle clap hands the horses will be fine. Please line along York road right down until the burn valley roundabout.
We have 5 people stood on the roundabout with t-shirts on spelling Jacobs name.
This is the point where we request the family is left alone to carry on the journey.
Please please let this happen and give them the time they need. We have a 4x4 truck with trailer following the funeral so that people can give flowers if they wish.
We have people walking along with the trailer so DO NOT run into the road.
Your safety comes first.
The road will not be closed by police or council.
Give your flowers to these volunteers and they will place your flowers in the back. The flowers will be taken to the clock tower at Seaton Carew and tied to the railings so that family can see them in their own time. Many balloon businesses are donating the sales of balloons to Jacobs fund so PLEASE PLEASE use them all.
I'm sure we have shops in nearly every part of town. There is ample parking in the town centre carparks so please use them. Jacob loved to be the centre of attention his parents have told me.
He loved parties and being made a fuss over.
So let's make one final fuss over Jacob.
Let Hartlepool make him the centre of attraction and say goodbye proper poolie style.
We can do this Hartlepool we can turn this town from blue to yellow for Jacob. But please please I say this one more time.
Let the family be alone after burn valley roundabout xxxxxx. Abbigail and David would like to thank you all so much for the love you've all shown them.
Bless you all xxx
